Tostada Compuesta – A crisp corn tortilla spread with refried beans then topped with shredded beef, chicken or ground beef. Topped with lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream and guacamole

Choose one from the following items: Enchilada, Taco, Chili Relleno, Quesadilla or Burrito.
Choice of shredded beef, chicken or ground beef. Served with rice and beans.

Petite Fancy Burrito Dinner – Beans and your choice of chili con carne or chili verde in a Sonora style flour tortilla topped with more chili and melted jack cheese. Served with rice and beans.

Chimichanga Dinner – A flour tortilla filled with your choice of chicken, shredded beef or ground beef, rice cheese and mole sauce. Deep fried to a golden brown. Topped with sour cream and guacamole. Served with rice and beans.

Dinners are served with chips, salsa and choice of soft drink, iced tea, or coffee. Also avaliable is Linen Napkins in a variety of  colors.
