TO OUR VALUED GUESTS,
On behalf of our entire team and family at Sal’s Mexican Restaurants, we thank you for your continued support and patronage during this everchanging time.
First and foremost, the health and safety of our valued guests and team members is on our minds. We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of coronavirus also called COVID-19. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the California Restaurant Association and local public health agencies, we established a response team to act quickly and effectively to ensure our restaurants are a healthy and safe place for our loyal patrons, team members, and communities.
We continue to be diligent in following best practices in our daily cleaning and sanitation procedures in every restaurant — frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as counters, chairs, tables, menus, highchairs, booster seats, phones, door handles, restroom surfaces, etc. We ask all of our team members who show symptoms or come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
At this time, all of our restaurants are open for business, and in compliance with Governor Newsome’s request for restaurants to reduce their capacity by 50%, we are changing our seating procedure. As an alternative to dining in, we encourage ordering food for TAKE OUT or purchasing a Gift Card online to use on a future visit. Additionally, we are implementing curbside pick and soon will have a third – party delivery system in place as an additional option to continue to enjoy your favorite Sal’s menu item.
We feel deeply for those who have been impacted by this outbreak. We value your business and it is our top priority to ensure our restaurants maintain Sal’s high standards for food safety & sanitation and remain a safe place for dining. We are committed to doing our part to help keep you safe.
