The Valley’s Family Tradition Since 1942
“Generations of Central Valley families have cherished and Trusted the Quality and long-standing tradition of Sal’s Famous Tamales. We call them our Bundles of Love. Sal’s emphasizes that its tamales are “freshly made with masa, fresh made mole, hand cooked pork”. This homemade quality, following recipes passed down for generations, offers a taste of authentic family tradition, a key aspect of a holiday celebration.
During the holiday season, we offer both chicken and pork options, but supplies are limited.

Tamales are a tradition in Mexican families and are native from Mexico dating back many centuries. Tamales are traditionally made for the holiday season and are a Labor of Love. At Sal’s we like to call tamales, “Little Bundles of Love.”
