Our Fresno location is proud to take part in the Fresno County Restaurant Week, a celebration of the region’s premiere dining destinations, in addition to the bounty of seasonal ingredients grown in the area. The event will showcase Fresno County as the culinary powerhouse that it is, with restaurants hosting special menus throughout the 10-day event.

Quesadilla Sabrosita
Two Corn tortillas filled with Sal’s savory Short Ribs of beef, cheese and fresh cilantro garnished with fresh pico de gallo salsa and crema

Santa Fe Salad
Grilled romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, queso cotija, garnished with blue corn tortilla strips and cilantro dressing

Mexican Street Corn
Sweet Corn on the cob slathered in crema, topped with cotija cheese and dusted with tajin

Steak and Grilled Chicken prepared with grilled onions, bell peppers and tomatoes served with Mexican rice and your choice of whole pinto or refried beans

Two chicken and mole rojo enchiladas topped with lettuce, queso fresco and sliced red onions. Served with Mexican rice and whole pinto or refried beans

Camarones ala Diabla
Black tiger shrimp sautéed in chipotle garlic butter sauce. Served with cilantro rice and black beans

Street Taco Trio
Three savory street tacos of carne asada, short ribs and carnitas, dressed with cilantro, white onions and roasted tomatillo salsa. Served with Mexican rice and whole pinto or refried beans

Baja Basa Fish Dinner
