Served Saturday, June 16th from 10:30am – 1pm and Sunday, Father’s Day, June 17th, from 8am – 1pm

Sal’s California Omelet – 3 Eggs, Crumbled Crisp Bacon, Black olives, Cooked broccoli florets, Monterey Jack Cheese, Fresh Sliced Avocado. Topped with sour cream and Diced Tomato. Served with Beans and Fresh Country Potatoes. Choice of Flour or Corn Tortillas

Chorizo Chilaquiles – Chorizo and Scrambled Eggs sautéed with Tortilla Chips in Sal’s Secret Chile Sauce

Short Ribs Machaca – Beef ribs (spiced and baked in Sal’s secret sauce), Mixed with 2 Eggs, sautéed with our fresh cut Pico de Gallo. Served with Beans and Fresh Country Potatoes. Choice of Flour or Corn Tortillas

Pozole Soup: A delicious hominy and hearty pork soup seasoned with red dried chili’s. Sal’s pozole is topped with fresh chopped cabbage, onion, and red radishes that give you the authentic Mexican flavor. It is served with two tostadas and spice pozole sauce. One size only
