BREAKFAST/BRUNCH

California Omelet – 3 eggs, Monterey jack cheese, fresh sliced avocado, diced tomato and crumbled crisp bacon.

Ham and Cheese Omelet – 3 eggs, diced ham and Monterey jack cheese

Spanish Omelet – 3 eggs, Monterey jack cheese and choice of Chile verde or Chile con carne

Garden Omelet – 3 eggs, Monterey jack cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and tomatoes

Chilaquiles – Scrambled eggs sautéed with tortilla chips and Sal’s secret Chile sauce

All Specials served with choice of refried or whole beans, potatoes and tortillas

Pozole Soup: A delicious hominy and hearty pork soup seasoned with red dried chili’s. Sal’s pozole is topped with fresh chopped cabbage, onion, and red radishes that give you the authentic Mexican flavor. It is served with two tostadas and spice pozole sauce. One size only

QUESADILLA SABROSITA – Two corn tortillas filed with Sal’s savory Short Ribs, cheese and fresh cilantro garnished with fresh pico de gallo salsa and crema.
